Registration Fees
All Fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD$) and are inclusive of 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). Registration after 6 September 2010 must be made at the Congress registration desk. If you wish to become a member of HUPO, you may indicate this on your registration form.

* For student registrations, an email from your mentor or the head of department is required including name of the student, the name of the department head/mentor, affiliation, and registration number, must be submitted to registration@hupo2010.com within 48 hours of the registration.

** Memberships are checked with the HUPO membership database. Please note that if your HUPO membership status is Active or Approve you are entitled to access the ‘HUPO Member’ rate. If you are a non-member or your membership has lapsed you may become a member or renew your membership online via the registration form. Non HUPO members will have the opportunity to join HUPO during registration to the Congress.

HUPO 2010 branded Polo Shirts are available for purchase through the online registration form. Shirts are available in navy blue with white trims on the collar and sleeves. Orders should be placed by 19 August 2010 to ensure delivery in time for the Congress. Cost: $44.00 including GST.

How to Pay

Fees must accompany all registrations (both online and faxed forms). Registration will not be confirmed until full payment is received. Payment can be made by:

• Credit cards
  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Card and Bankcard *
• Personal or company cheque (Australian delegates only)**
• Bank draft in Australian dollars drawn on an Australian bank
• Electronic funds transfer
  An invoice will be sent to you following your registration outlining the relevant bank details.

*If you are making a credit card payment from a country outside Australia, for security reasons you must first advise your banking institution of the impending charge and authorise them to allow the charge from Australia to go through for up to 48 hours (this is due to the time difference between our countries).

**Cheques should be made payable to ‘HUPO 2010’.

Cancellations
Deadline: 1 August 2010
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 1 August 2010 will receive a full refund less 25% to cover administration costs. Refunds for cancellations received after 1 August 2010 will only be made in exceptional circumstances. If you are unable to attend, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge if indicated in writing to the Congress Secretariat by 1 August 2010. Please be aware that substitute delegates will need to apply for a visa. Registration transfers made on or after the 1 August 2010 will incur an AUD50 processing fee. The Congress Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.
Refunds will not be granted on failure of visa application.

Liability
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Congress organiser does not accept responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delay.
