Sydney is Australia’s largest city and international gateway renowned for its spectacular harbour, breathtaking natural attractions, dazzling beaches, year round outdoor lifestyle and exhilarating experiences.

HUPO2010 in Sydney will facilitate the exchange of new scientific ideas, knowledge, information to promote the application of proteomic based novel prognostic, diagnostic, therapeutic tools and to advance our understanding of the systems biology basis underlying to human diseases.

A HUPO World Congress in Sydney in 2010 will provide outstanding forum to launch the Human Proteome Project and opportunities to showcase the remarkable progress of major initiatives and exhibit the exciting advances made by HUPO members. We hope the new format of combining HUPO various initiatives and four (4) “clinical themes” in with the main program will provide a refreshing approach, when combined with a focus on the next generation of proteomics scientists in the emerging discipline of systems biology.
